Jamie Moore could be out of action for up to 12 weeks after breaking his hip at Worcester on Thursday.
Moore fell from Olymnia in the bettingodds.com Free Racing Tips Handicap Hurdle and was taken to Worcester Hospital.
The jockey now faces another lengthy spell on the sidelines, along with both his brothers, Ryan and Joshua.
"I'm feeling pretty rubbish, to be honest," said Moore.
"I've broken my hip and they've told me I could be out for anything between six and 12 weeks.
"I don't need an operation, which is something at least, but it's the most painful injury I've had.
"I've broken both arms, legs, my back, shoulder and collarbone, but this is the worst of them all.
"They've told me it will be bed rest for four to six weeks and that will be the worst part, I think.
"It's annoying because I only told the doctor the other day that I felt as fit as I had for ages.
"I was right back to where I wanted to be, now I'll be back to square one.
"It can't be nice for mum and dad - they always seem to be visiting hospitals at the minute."
