Magna Grecia and Hermosa, winners of the 2000 and 1000 Guineas, feature among 64 entries for the Coral-Eclipse at Sandown on July 6.
Aidan O'Brien has won the 10-furlong feature five times and saw his Newmarket hero of last year, Saxon Warrior, edged out by Roaring Lion in a thrilling finish to the 2018 feature at the Esher track.
His Classic winners are a couple of the star names among 18 contenders for the Ballydoyle team, with Investec Derby contenders Sir Dragonet, Japan and Anthony Van Dyke also being given entries.
Royal Ascot winner Magic Wand and Qipco British Champions Fillies & Mares Stakes successor, Magical, could also line-up for the Irish champion trainer.
John Gosden sent out Roaring Lion last year, and he has a strong team to pick from once again, headed by dual Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe winner Enable.
The brilliant mare seems likely to start her season at Royal Ascot next month after being taken out of the Investec Coronation Cup at the latest acceptance stage.
Winner of the Breeders' Cup Turf on her last start, Enable is one of eight potential runners for Gosden, who also has leading Investec Derby hope Too Darn Hot entered.
The three-year-old colt is set to make his seasonal re-appearance in the Al Basti Equiworld Dante Stakes at York on Thursday, having missed the Qipco 2000 Guineas through injury.
Masar, who missed last year's race through injury after lifting the Derby, is one of five possibles for trainer Charlie Appleby. Line of Duty and Barney Roy, are among others in his team.
Sea of Class, who closed to within a neck of Enable in the Arc in October, has been put in the mix by William Haggas.
