The Bottom Bar can step up on his recent return by landing the Inspire Racing Members Day "Confined" Handicap Chase at Stratford.
He changed hands for £100,000 in 2017 after showing promise in a couple of bumpers, but he has yet to really show the kind of talent such a price would merit.
The seven-year-old won one of his five outings over hurdles for Nicky Henderson, but his chasing career hardly got off to a flyer as he unshipped his rider at the first attempt and finished down the field at the second.
The Bottom Bar subsequently underwent a wind operation and that looked as though it could have had the desired effect on his comeback last month as the gelding claimed a reasonable third at Ludlow.
He will surely come on a bit for that first outing in three months and The Bottom Bar can take full advantage of bottom-weight here.
Torrent Des Mottes shed his maiden tag at the 15th time of asking and with confidence-booster in the bag, he might make it a double in the Inspire Racing Club Mr Bow-Tie Man Novices' Handicap Chase.
He won merely an average event at Huntingdon, but he had 13 lengths in hand at the line and was far from pressured in victory.
A subsequent hike in the ratings is far from ideal, but this does not look the toughest event to win in the calendar.
Royal Supremo is another who triumphed with ease last time out and will line up off a 10lb-higher mark in the Healthy Pets Handicap Chase at Wincanton.
The eight-year-old seems a tricky horse to train as his career has been punctuated by some lengthy breaks - not least the full year he spent on the sidelines in 2017/18.
He returns from nearly eight months off the track, but the manner of his win back in August suggested there was more to come and he has run well fresh in the past.
Tiffin Top changed hands for 20,000 guineas last autumn and can pay back another chunk of that in the Transport Systems Novices' Hurdle.
The four-year-old took home a little cash when placing on his first two outings, before winning with a bit in hand at the end of last month.
Good ground clearly benefits him and he can make his Flat pace pay again.
The Sweeney can repeat his victory of last year in the Cadbury Business Park Handicap Hurdle.
That remains his only win so far, but he showed his well-being when narrowly beaten at the start of the month and will not have to find too much improvement to triumph.
