Verdict

Queen Of Desire was outclassed in the Palace House last time but beat a host of these when landing a Listed sprint at Bath earlier. Gold Filigree and HEARTWARMING filled the places at Bath while Shumookh, Rose Berry and the three Bob Cowell runners - Blame Roberta, Ocelot and One Last Night - all finished further behind. But Clive Cox’ filly was beaten less than a length on her first start since October and is taken to come out best on this occasion. It was testing ground when Maid In India won a Listed contest at Haydock a fortnight ago and today’s going is a worry while Rebecca Rocks hasn’t raced since finishing sixth in last year’s renewal. Deia Glory will be sharper for a comeback run in a tougher contest at York and is preferred to Glass Slippers and Little Kim of the remainder.
