In depth

Kauto Relko enjoys a big turnaround in the weights than when third to Mush Mir at Warwick in December but has become expensive to follow whereas Nicky Henderson's novice has won at Fontwell since. Like Relax, successful at Leicester and Plumpton before finishing second at Chepstow, he faces no easy task at the weights, however, while Get It On is consistent but possibly lacks a bit of scope now. MILO MILAN has a bit to find on official figures but a short break may have done him the world of good and he's been quite highly tried, beating subsequent winner Mr Syntax here in November. Richard Lee's charge gets the nod.

Mush Mir (IRE) 2-1 (11-2) Led, driven before 3 out, narrowly headed 2 out, led again last, edged left and idled flat, driven out, won at Fontwell 2m 6f nov chs (4) gd beating Habbie Simpson (11-0) by 1l, 4 ran.

Relax (FR) 5-4fav (12-5) Held up towards rear and keen, tracked leaders before 4th, not fluent 10th and 11th, went 2nd 5 out, mistake 4 out and 3 out, not quicken run-in, 2nd of 7, 2l behind Back Bob Back (11-10) at Chepstow 2m 3f hcp chs 0-115 (4) gs in Mar.

Get It On (IRE) 5-4 (11-7) Tracked winner who went clear from 2nd, not fluent 9th, pushed along to close approaching 3 out, no impression 2 out, heavily eased final 100 yards, 2nd of 4, 24l behind Current Event (11-7) at Fontwell 2m 2f nov chs (4) gd in Mar.
