In depth

Verdict

Rainbow Jazz won at Chelmsford recently but a poor effort here before that is off-putting. Lopito has been thereabouts recently though today’s ground is a worry for both him and Saumur, placed on the all-weather on her last three outings. Doctor Knox was still well beaten when third on his belated seasonal debut and makes his handicap debut along with Amitie Waltz and Maknifico but a chance is taken on INIESTA. The latter has been winning over hurdles since last seen on the Flat and will appreciate any further cut in the ground.
