Football Crazy has been in fine form this term winning six of his last eight starts but faces no easy task giving weight away all round to some less exposed horses of who Knowhere is preferred to Ladalko. The selection created a favourable impression when making a winning debut at Hexham, beating the useful Factor Fifteen by a distance having gone clear from two out. The Nigel Twiston-Davies-trained six-year-old obviously steps up in class today but looked a gelding of some potential that day and is difficult to oppose. Brewster has some respectable form to his name but has yet to win since joining the stable of Ian Williams and of more interest may be the Paul Nicholls-trained Ladalko. A winner over fences last term it is interesting that his shrewd connections start the French bred gelding off over timber this season. Jonjo O'Neill's Progressive won his only start in bumper-company and faces no easy task on his debut over hurdles in a race that is taken to go to Knowhere.
