Verdict

Tony The Gent won this a year ago and is now on a 4lb lower mark so must have a solid chance of a repeat. MASSIF CENTRAL didn't get off the mark until the ninth time of asking last season and that was on Polytrack at Dundalk but he led for a long way on his reappearance here last month and will be better for the outing. Silverkode has never run over a trip this far but was staying on strongly over 7f at Gowran and should be suited. He can reverse form with runner-up Turbine over the longer trip while Titus arrives from the UK having run well in tough handicaps since scoring at Wetherby. Master Speaker, three times a winner on the all-weather, is 1-48 on Turf and though finishing in front of the selection here last time can hardly be trusted for a repeat.
