Plough Boy was running for the 58th time when caught on the line by Brave Display three weeks ago but that was his first-ever attempt at the minimum trip. He's on exactly the same mark and his rider's allowance gives him a fine chance of going one better. DANZ GIFT was beaten by Flawlessly at the beginning of the year but was well supported to reverse the form a week later and did so, though could only finish third behind Bluesbreaker. He also had My Good Brother and Chicago School behind and can recoup losses. The winner is now 11lb higher and looks held and though Pillar was running well on Turf when last seen in the autumn he's never won on the all-weather and an overall strike-rate of 1-40 doesn't inspire confidence.
