Verdict

ELLABELLA (NAP), a winner here in October, scored again under a 4lb claimer early last month and, though raised 3lb, is ridden by a 10lb claimer here which suggests she's very well in and can complete a double. She holds Blankiedoodie on that latter run while Irish Ambassador is only 1-17 on the track but showed a bit more dash under Sorcha Woods last time. Philly's Hope went up 8lb for a comfortable victory last month and couldn't cope with the extra a week later. Take My Hand is back on her last winning mark though has been running moderately but Barretstown didn't get the run of the race last time after a much better effort on his previous start.
