Shabra Emperor looked a certain future winner when an excellent second here last month and started favourite on a return visit a week later but finished lame. ARBOURFIELD won over the track and trip then appeared to find 7f on the sharp side a couple of weeks ago. The likely strong gallop will play to his strengths and he can get back on the winning trail. Veil Of Stars was having only her third start when landing a claimer over the latter trip here three weeks ago by a length from Windsorlot, who is slightly better off at the weights. Not A Bad Oul Day has had three all-weather runs and never been sighted but he's won twice on Turf and produced a fine effort behind track specialist Enough Is Enough at Gowran.
