Verdict

A pretty moderate maiden hurdle for the mares and a good chance for KILMINGTON ROSE (NAP) to claim a first career success. The Presenting mare finished in mid-division in the EBF Mares' Hurdle Final at Newbury last month after running a decent second to Global Harmony at Wincanton. She drops in trip now but drops in grade too and her profile sets the standard by some way. Wilderness is the leading threat after displaying promise the last twice in novice hurdles and should have more to come after just three starts. The remainder need to improve considerably to contend, with Lily Glitters and ex-pointer, Pretty Stranger, possible each-way options.
