Classic Event appears to have ideas of his own but has plenty of ability when deciding to use it and A P McCoy will make his mind up. HOLD EM COWBOY doesn't have the greatest strike-rate but is running really well at present and probably would have followed up his Navan hurdles success with a chasing victory at Downpatrick but for falling. He's a massive 15lb lower in the weights over fences and Paul Carberry can steer him home. Lisrose couldn't manage a victory over fences last season but a recent success between the flags will have her in peak conditions and she looks reasonably treated. A handicap mark of 116 is looking a bit high for Kashline, who has been beaten a long way on all four starts over the bigger obstacles.
