In depth

Verdict

TATAWU is upped 3lb for winning at Newmarket last month but is relatively lightly-raced for a four-year-old and there should be more to come. He’s preferred to recent Brighton winner Solveig's Song but Choral Festival may prove more of a threat after staying on late at Sandown last time. Karnage ran below par at Lingfield in March but had scored at the same track earlier and the unpredictable Yul Finegold won at Chepstow in between a couple of distinctly modest efforts.
