Verdict

Isla Pearl Fisher has won three times around here and is back on a winning mark. Beeves won at Newcastle in January while Mister Marker continue to look out of sorts and this is probably too far for Habbie Simpson. Stablemate Full jack has never won over fences in this country but did score over hurdles at Musselburgh in January, though is better handicapped over the smaller obstacles. Nobody could begrudge LORD BRENDY a first victory over fences as he continues to knock on the door. He's been raised 4lb since his latest second at Wetherby but the longer trip should be in his favour and his jumping has improved with experience. Bob Johnson's grey is given another chance, though Big Sound should also be thereabouts off bottom weight.
