        Verdict

        Through The Rye who ran a blinder when third behind Spirit Leader in the County Hurdle at Cheltenham is taken to score. This flatter track is sure to suit this perennial front runner and with conditions in his favour he will be hard to beat. Another Dude rates the main danger he was a good winner at Catterick last time out when defeating Altay who has since franked the form, but he may not get an uncontested lead here and for that reason he is over looked. Plutocrat was a good winner at Musselburgh last time out when defeating Paperprophet, but he has risen in the weights for that victory and this is a much more competitive affair. Zamat is a course and distance winner but he gave the impression he was in the handicappers grip when fifth behind Lochbuy Junior at Ayr last time. Of the remainder Ontos has dropped to a handy mark and is from a shrewd stable so any market confidence could be significant.
