Verdict

Gordon Elliott has eight of the 14 maximum field. Ned Stark is likely to attract support after his victory at Perth while Barra looks the type to be suited by stepping up to this trip for the first time. The veteran Cecil Corbett also represents the yard and he beat today's rival Full Cry over the trip at Roscommon and there's very little between them this time. He holds Tesseract on that run but the novice RATHNURE REBEL could be the one to be on. Noel Meade's charge, a winning point-to-pointer and dual hurdles winner, he's shown plenty of potential since turning to chasing and with this longer trip and likely soft ground in his favour he looks well enough treated to gain his first success over fences.
