Verdict

TORONTO, a half-brother to the top-class Canford Cliffs and other winners, made an eye-catching debut over 7f here last month, staying on from the rear when the race was all over. His rider reported that he's run green so with that experience under his belt he can take this. His stable companion Arthur's Kingdom cost E260,000 and the son of Camelot is related to the very smart Joshua Tree and other winners. Hint Of Stars, a son of Sea The Stars, cost 115,000gns and is the fifth foal of a mare who has produced winners with her first four offspring to race. Global Crossing has a cracking pedigree for middle-distances so this should be an ideal start while Lougher is by Teofilo out of a very well-connected mare.
