In depth

Verdict

Asockastar is one of the few arriving in form having landed a Listowel maiden last month though he's been done no favours at the weights and has to concede over two stone to CATAWOLLOW. A winner at Wetherby for Richard Guest in April, she ran well for new connections at Cork in July and with a nice break behind her looks well enough treated to get back on the winning trail. Montrel looks a big threat on his handicap debut over hurdles as he ran well on the Flat at Roscommon last time and is on a very fair mark. Whatever It Takes is only 2lb higher than his last winning mark and is capable of going well in what is a moderate contest.
