Verdict

MASARU looked very impressive when beating subsequent winners at Windsor and started favourite for the lucrative Goffs Yearling Stakes at York. He was in touch when badly impeded inside the final furlong and the run is best ignored. Experience will count in today's conditions and he can return to winning ways. The Frankel colt Frankadore didn't attract much attention at Haydock a couple of weeks ago but ran well for a long way and will have come on markedly for the experience but Politicise was beaten a long way at Doncaster. London Eye is by Australia out of a Grade 1 winner in the USA and is a half-brother four winners including at the highest level. Kaafy looks as though this trip will suit, a remark that also applies to Tell William, a son of Invincible Spirit out of a winning miler.
