Black Lotus has been a grand servant to connections and should run her race again if fully wound-up. She had A La Voile a couple of lengths behind at Yarmouth in September but had rattled up a hat-trick earlier and is unlikely to fail through lack of fitness. Freyja is a tough filly but she is giving 3lb to her rivals and would have preferred more give in the ground. MOSTLY (NAP) is Frankie’s only booked ride and there is enough in her pedigree to suggest she’ll handle this step up in trip. The Gosden filly has only won on Polytrack so far but was very impressive following wind surgery there on her reappearance. Unknown Pleasures made a winning start for David O’Meara at Beverley but this is a much tougher assignment.
