Verdict

Willie Mullins has won the last three of these and LAURINA should have few problems keeping up the sequence and adding to her unbeaten record since arriving from France. The Mares' Novices' Hurdle winner at Cheltenham then landed the Fairyhouse version before reappearing last month with a facile victory over just one rival at Sandown. She's never raced on ground this quick but that shouldn't pose a problem. Her stable companion Good Thyne Tara isn't in the same class though she is well suited by today's conditions having won in Listed company on good going and landed a Grade 3 on slightly easier ground at Leopardstown in December. Stormy Island, another from the yard, was 8l behind in the former event on this track though had beaten the winner at Killarney last May. The remainder look as though they are playing for places with Alletrix probably the best of them on her run behind the selection at Fairyhouse in April.
