POORMANS HILL (NAP) completed a four-timer over fences in the autumn and reverted to hurdles on a 22lb lower mark at Fairyhouse on Saturday where he duly obliged. He'll be raised by much more than the 4lb penalty he comes here with and will be very tough to beat. The Church Gate is a very consistent performer over hurdles who has continued to run well since scoring over this trip at Clonmel while The Grey Guy, who was beaten 10 lengths in that latter event, showed the value of the form by scoring at Limerick. Bronco Bill is 0-16 over timber but Ask Heather showed plenty of promise on her handicap debut at Tramore and should be winning soon.
