A number of these are capable of improving on form shown to date but Gleeful was disappointing when failing to land the odds at Newcastle and is having a first run on Turf. Show Of Strength took a backward step at Kempton earlier this month while Barbarosa was easily brushed aside by the odds-on Riviera Nights at Brighton. Stylish Motion was getting the hang of things late on at Haydock, however, and will know more today. A couple of newcomers catch the eye with Mark Johnston’s Tilmeeth being a 150,000gns son of Kodiac, though ABSOLUTIO is preferred. The latter cost 100,000gns, also hails from a yard that can get one ready at home and is brother to a useful French sprinter.
