    Verdict

    ELM PARK won the Racing Post Trophy over this trip a little under a year ago. He chased home Golden Horn and Jack Hobbs in the Dante in the spring and didn't appear to get home in the Derby next time. Rested since, this looks a good opportunity for Andrew Balding's colt to get back on track as he has more class than these. Hat-trick seeker Decorated Knight and York scorer My Dream Boat step out of handicaps but Lincoln winner Gabrial has shown himself well up to this level whereas Fire Ship continues to get found out. Prince Gagarin didn't stay 1m4f last time but this still looks on the sharp side.
