In depth
Verdict
Jungle Lion hit form with a vengeance last time and can follow up today, with Munfarid and Disabuse the likely dangers. Jungle Lion stands out as having outstanding claims, he easily beat Broughton Knows over course and distance last time and the third home Stravmour has given the form a boost by winning on Sunday. John Harris's colt may have most to fear from Munfarid who put up a gallant display last time when a close up fourth behind Crossways at Lingfield. The main concern is that he is making his Southwell debut today, however he has run well at both of the other artificial tracks so there is a good chance he will be fine on the fibresand. Best of the rest looks to be Disabuse, who was most impressive when successful here over a mile. The longer trip shouldn't be a problem and he is expected to be in the firing line. so a competitive start to proceedings but we will side with Jungle Lion.
