In depth

Verdict

American Lady was heavily supported for her debut at Dundalk but completely flopped, finishing a long way last. Two other pair with experience have shown little so this should go to a newcomer. Cobb And Co's pedigree suggests he may need further but Papa Bear, a 95,000gns yearling, is by Kodiac out of a two-year-old winner so should have pace to burn. PISTOLETTO is a full-brother to a Grade 1 winner in the USA and should be forward enough to make a winning start.
