An exceptionally tight looking handicap. Cerca Trova showed much improved form at Clonmel last week though it's possible the fast ground may have been responsible. Whitehead Lad appears to have plenty of weight for what he's achieved and Mylerstown was beaten a long way when runner-up at Downpatrick last time. View From The Top has been running moderately on the Flat but The Gnathologist ran a bit better behind Table Mountain at Navan last time and wouldn't need to improve much. SCOTTISH REEL ran a couple of decent races on quick ground last summer and will have come on for his reappearance at Cork last month so gets the vote to gain his first success.
