Verdict

This is quite competitive for the track and time of year. It's A Gimme will probably start favourite given he's only found one too good in both starts so far over the larger obstacles. But there was a lot to like about LUCI DI MEZZANOTTE's first try over fences over course and distance last month as she only went down by half-a-length to the promising Mister Dillon. Highly tried over fences, Oliver Sherwood's mare can go one better today. Fairyinthewind looks held by It's A Gimme on Newton Abbot form but Hollow Penny has scope and will have been well schooled.
