Australia props David Klemmer and Aaron Woods are free to play in Friday's World Cup quarter-final against Samoa.
Canterbury Bulldogs player Klemmer was penalised and placed on report by Super League referee James Child during Australia's 34-0 win at Allianz Stadium in Sydney on Saturday, following a clash with ball-carrier Chris Saab's head which left the Lebanon second rower concussed.
Klemmer's club team-mate Woods was also put on report for an alleged dangerous tackle on Tim Mannah, but the World Cup match review committee have confirmed no charges were being brought from the final round of group games over the weekend.
Both players could now line up against a Samoa side who scraped through to the last eight of the competition on points difference after they drew 14-14 with Scotland in Cairns on Saturday.
That result left Samoa third in Group B with just one point but it was enough to earn a quarter-final tie against Australia in Darwin.
