Catalan Dragons sign Justin Horo for 2016 season

Justin Horo has agreed a two-year contract with Catalan Dragons for the 2016 season.

The New-Zealand born back-rower currently plays for Australian side Manly and has made 115 National Rugby League appearances and scored 22 tries.

And the 28-year-old said he was convinced to sign by Dragons coach Laurent Frayssinous.

“I am pleased to have my future settled and look forward to joining the Catalans Dragons,” he told the club’s website.

“I would like to thank those clubs who showed interested in me but after speaking to Laurent the coach and ex-team-mates currently at the Dragons I felt extremely comfortable in joining the club.”

Horo started his career at Parramatta in 2010 and received the Eels’ rookie of the year award in his first season.

Frayssinous said the back-rower will bring a lot of quality to the Super League.
