Six new laws have been introduced to the game as of August 1 - do you know what they are? Test yourself with our quiz.
The laws will be in effect when the Guinness PRO14 and Aviva Premiership kick off this weekend, and they relate to the scrum, tackle and ruck areas.

This weekend our PRO14 coverage gets underway when the Dragons take on Leinster live on Sky Sports Action from 2.45pm on Saturday. We stay on the same channel thereafter as the Scarlets face newcomers the Kings at Parc y Scarlets with a 5.30pm kick-off.
We also have two Top 14 clashes as Agen host Racing 92 and Pau visit Toulouse.
