Bath have completed the signing of Jacques Boussuge after the France Sevens international impressed on trial.
The 25-year-old winger has agreed a one-year contract, having spent three weeks at The Rec during pre-season.
Boussuge made his mark as he scored twice for Bath's second string against Newbury in his final trial game.
And chief executive Nick Blofeld believe the former Montpellier back can go from strength-to-strength at the club.
"Jacques has accepted a contract and will be back in Bath in the next few days, " Blofeld told
The Bath Chronicle.
"The coaching team believe they can make him into an even better player and build on his existing talents. He's certainly got plenty of pace.
"Attitude goes a long way. He is massively enthusiastic about playing for Bath," he concluded.
