Leeds United have signed Chelsea midfielder Lewis Baker on a season-long loan.

Baker's loan move to Leeds will be the fifth temporary move of his career, after he spent the 2017/18 campaign at Middlesbrough.

The 23-year-old becomes new Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa's first signing of the summer.

Meanwhile, Sky Sources understand Leeds are also interested in Chelsea goalkeeper Jamal Blackman.
