Chelsea's Eden Hazard is top of the Power Rankings for the first time this season.

The Belgium international sealed his hat-trick from the penalty spot during a 4-1 win over Cardiff - prompting Blues boss Maurizio Sarri to suggest his star man could become the best player in Europe.

Compatriot Romelu Lukaku extended his league tally to four goals after breaking the deadlock in a 2-1 win at Watford, with Jose Mourinho claiming his striker encapsulated the team spirit with a 50-yard defensive sprint late in the game.

In-form Hornets full-back Jose Holebas had topped the chart going into the international break but tumbled two places after defeat at Vicarage Road.

Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka (No 4) has hit form under new boss Unai Emery, opening the scoring and recording match-high stats for touches (119) and passes (103) during a 2-1 win at Newcastle.

Manchester City duo David Silva (No 5) and Raheem Sterling (No 6) got on the scoresheet during a comfortable 3-0 win over Fulham, while Sergio Aguero (No 9) fell six places after being subbed off in the 54th minute.

Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser (No 7) maintained his exponential rise up the chart with a first-half double during a 4-2 win against Leicester, primarily linking with Diego Rico down the left flank.
