Tyson Fury is confident he'll be in the right shape to defend his heavyweight titles against Wladimir Klitschko in July.

Tyson Fury has already lost more than a stone in nine days as he prepares to face Wladimir Klitschko in Manchester on July 9.

Fury (25-0-KO18) defends the WBA Super and WBO titles he won from the Ukrainian (64-4-KO53) in November 2015 and stated before beginning preparations for the rematch that he would be shedding three stone and three pounds.

Providing an update from his training camp via, social media, the world heavyweight champion said: "Okay people. Nine days in camp and so far, so good. Just finished my fourth session of the day, just did 12 rounds on the bag.

I'm looking forward to the press conference to see what Klitschko's got to say and what excuses he's got to make.

"I'm feeling good. Feeling okay. I've just got two stone to lose now and I've got a lot of time to do it in, so camp is going really well so far.

"I'm looking forward to the press conference to see what Klitschko's got to say and what excuses he's got to make.

"I'm training three or four times a day and killing myself in sweat suits and all that. I've lost a bit of weight off my face as you can tell. That's about it really. Everything's going well. Big shout out to all my loyal fans."
