Darren Barker joins Adam Smith on Ringside Digital to discuss the possibility of Chris Eubank Jr facing Gennady Golovkin.
A former world middleweight champion, Barker knows the division well and has seen Kazakhstan's most famous export Golovkin (35-0-KO32) batter his way to dominance over the past few years.
With 'GGG' open to the challenge of reigning British champion Eubank Jr (23-1-KO18), promoter Eddie Hearn has revealed talks to stage the fight in Britain are at an advanced stage.
After Eubank Jr ruthlessly dispatched his latest domestic challenger, Tom Doran, inside four rounds at The O2 on Saturday, the Brighton man stared into the camera and told Golovkin he was the target. The pair then exchanged further jibes via social media.
Headlining that night was Anthony Joshua, who defended his IBF world heavyweight title with a seventh-round stoppage of Dominic Breazeale, and Barker will be looking back on another momentous night of boxing.
