Golovkin vs Brook: Kell Brook and Liam Smith in brutal sparring session

As part of his preparations for Saturday's clash with Gennady Golovkin, Kell Brook engaged in a highly physical sparring session with world super-welterweight champion Liam Smith.
Sky Sports were on hand to capture exclusive footage as IBF world welterweight king Brook (36-0-KO25) put it on the line against the WBO's 154lbs champion Smith (23-0-1-KO13).
'Beefy' Smith is preparing for his own date with destiny, of course; he takes on two-weight world champion Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez in Dallas the following weekend and both he and Brook appear to be peaking at the same time.
There were clean shots landing all over the show as the pair slugged it out in front of trainers Dominic Ingle and Joe Gallagher on the neutral turf of Ricky Hatton's gym in Hyde.
