Prince Naseem Hamed was the star of the Wincobank back then and Brook remembers what it was like meeting him, as well as what a nightmare it was sparring another Sheffield world champion, Johnny Nelson.

They are still close and Brook knows they will remain friends, but few will mean as much to him and be as close to him as the Spice Boy himself, Ryan Rhodes.
