Gennady Golovkin will fight in the UK again, says Tom Loeffler

Gennady Golovkin would "absolutely love" to fight again in Britain, says his promoter Tom Loeffler.
Golovkin retained his world titles by stopping Kell Brook in five rounds at The O2, on Sky Sports Box Office on Saturday.
Loeffler revealed that Triple G's next fight will be a mandatory defence of his WBA title against American Daniel Jacobs, but expects the middleweight king to return to the UK soon.
He admitted that Team Golovkin enjoyed the build-up, ringwalk and fight so much that the Kazakh will definitely be back.
"It was great, just great," he told Sky Sports in an exclusive interview.
"When the fans were standing on their chairs, singing and cheering on, it was just an incredible atmosphere in the arena.
Wherever Gennady goes he is kind of welcomed like this superhero and with Kell Brook having such a good fan base in the UK, that made it a great, great event.
"I think the world saw what a great energy The O2 has and when both were walking into the ring, there was such adrenaline - it was great.
"There was a great atmosphere at Madison Square Garden and The Forum in LA but again, our plan with Gennady is to bring back the true definition of a world champion - and he's fighting all over the world.
"He has so many amateur fights around the world, but in his professional career, this was his first in the UK market and we couldn't have asked for a better reception."
Golovkin has spent the last two days catching up with friends and supporters who made the trip to London and will fly home to California on Tuesday.
Loeffler will open negotiations with WBA challenger Jacobs' team straight away, but is already planning ahead for bouts with other British fighters.
"Billy Joe Saunders still has the WBO title which is missing from Gennady's collection, so it's a fight he wants to do," said Loeffler.
"It's the same thing with [Chris] Eubank Jr. The UK has so many great fighters that he'll definitely be back.
"We think that seeing Kell land so many punches on Gennady that hopefully the other fighters that turned that one down might get some inspiration from that."
Team Golovkin have also not ruled out moving up a weight to take on current IBF title holder James DeGale.
'Chunky' was ringside at The O2 and Golovkin's trainer Abel Sanchez has suggested the super-middleweight world champion as a possible future opponent for his unbeaten fighter.
"DeGale is definitely an option," said Loeffler.
"If we can't get a fight with those other middleweights then of course a fight with James DeGale makes sense. He's got a fight with Badou Jack, and if he wins that I think that's a great fight that can be made.
"Eubank, Saunders and DeGale are massive fights and if these happen in the UK, they will be massive events.
"That is why it was so important when Eddie Hearn had September 12 booked at The O2 with Sky Sports Box Office lined up, and as soon as he rang Kell after the other fighter didn't sign, it just made perfect sense.
"We knew it would be a great fight and a great reaction from the fans.
"Wherever Gennady goes he is kind of welcomed like this superhero and with Kell Brook having such a good fan base in the UK, that made it a great, great event."
