Background
Germany's champion Braehmer has not been defeated since 2008 but, in former world title holder Cleverly, faces arguably the toughest test of his career.
The Welsh visitor has not fought since being outpointed by Andrzej Fonfara in a gruesome battle last October but his only other losses came to divisional king Sergey Kovalev and up at cruiserweight to Tony Bellew.
The veteran Braehmer is a slight favourite to retain the crown he has held since beating Marcus Oliveira in December 2013 but several British pundits are forecasting an upset.

Nathan Cleverly looks ahead to his clash with WBA world light-heavyweight champion Juergen Braehmer.
What the experts say
Braehmer can take hard punches and stay on his legs. This will be an interesting fight, but I think Cleverly will win on points. I wish him the best of luck.
I hope he beats Braehmer because I do believe if he'd have fought him when he should've fought him all those years ago, he would've beaten him.
If Cleverly can put his ‘smarts' together, I think he’ll be a world champion. He could outwork Braehmer and win on points but I actually think it’ll be a late stoppage win for Cleverly.
