Burton holds an 18-fight unbeaten record and has won all of his last four fights by stoppage, but Buglioni has vowed to dethrone the champion with a dominant victory.

"I don't see him lasting," said Buglioni. "Obviously he's got my respect and I'm treating him as a world champion.

Burton added another stoppage win to his record in September

"I know it's always my luck that my opponent performs to the best of their ability against me. I intend to bring the best out of him and then dismantle him."

Buglioni displayed his battling spirit in a points defeat to WBA 'regular' champion Fedor Chudinov last year and feels he is mentally tougher than his Mancunian opponent.

"I think what it's going to come down to is the mindset of who wants it more, who can dig the deepest, and who can fight when it gets tough," said Buglioni.

"We're both going to get hurt in there - there's no question about that. We've both got the ability to hurt each another.

"We're both going to get hurt, but only one of us is going to come through and that is going to be myself.

"It's going to be a knockout, it's going to be a stoppage. Whether I knock him out cold or he retires will be down to his heart. I predict inside eight rounds."
