The IBF heavyweight world champion is making his second defence of his title at the Manchester Arena on Saturday, as he headlines a packed card live on Sky Sports Box Office.

His American counterpart has already outlined his intentions to find a knockout punch, but Joshua is confident that he himself is capable of finishing the fight early.

Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: "We've heard Molina say that he is looking for that one-shot knockout, anyone who weighs 17/18 stone has that one pop shot.

"He also said that he's spotted three or four weaknesses in me, well I've spotted 10 or 13 in him so first come first served.

"Both of us possess power, but it's that killer instinct now, once I sense someone is hurt I try and finish the job. On Saturday night, it's about who is first to the punch, I've got to be on my guard and have good balance off the line so I'm not getting caught too much.

"I'm in it for a 12-round fight, I'm not trying to get him out in a round or two, I need to be clever and break him down round by round, then when the opportunity comes, take it."

He continued: "Rob has been there before and was a fighter himself so I appreciate him coming on board. Two heads is better than one and he is a great asset to the team.

"If it wasn't for the people around me, I may have slipped a bit in training, but they make sure I always train with the same intensity. It's not always about this fight, it's about three or four fights down the line and being ahead of the game.

"On Saturday, it's the KO show and I'm bringing the lion's den to Manchester. I'm looking forward to a good scrap."
