Former world champion Carl Froch and ex-UFC fighter Dan Hardy discuss how Conor McGregor must adjust to shorter rounds against Floyd Mayweather.
In a clash of combat codes, UFC star McGregor will have a first professional boxing fight against the former five-weight world champion Mayweather in Las Vegas on August 26, live on Sky Sports Box Office.
McGregor has previously trained for five-minute rounds under the rules of Mixed Martial Arts, but instead will prepare for a boxing bout with three-minute rounds.
Froch and Hardy analyse how McGregor will adapt to this format and the tactics he might employ as the clock ticks down.
Focusing purely on boxing could mean McGregor has to expend less energy, according to Froch, while Hardy expects the Irishman to attempt to steal rounds by finishing strongly.
