He said "simplicity is genius" and there could be few better ways to describe Anthony Joshua's workout with, of all things, a tennis ball.
The IBF and WBA heavyweight champion is used to some pretty bruising encounters but there was no doubting his technique when it came to mastering the art of controlling a tennis ball on the end of a string.
The unusual routine - tweeted by Joshua himself - came just a day after he said he would be willing to box a mixed martial artist, although he did admit he would probably get beaten.
On a more serious note, Joshua is busy training for his next title defence with the IBF's mandatory challenger, Kubrat Pulev, favourite to be his next opponent.
Those preparations will prevent him from being at Saturday's fight between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor, live on Sky Sports Box Office, but Joshua is in no doubt that Mayweather will win.
"It's probably (going to be) a landslide", he said.
