Carlos Cuadras has stoutly declared that he is going to heavily push for an early knockout of Juan Francisco Estrada on September 9 and look to leave his fellow Mexican in "despair".

Live Fight Night International

In what promises to be a classic Mexican all-action affair, Cuadras, 29, will engage with Estrada, nicknamed 'El Gallo', in a WBC world title eliminator as part of an unbelievable night of action in the super-flyweight division, to be shown live on Sky Sports.

The victor will face the winner of the rematch between WBC champion Srisaket Sor Rungvisai and pound-for-pound rated Roman 'Chocolatito' González of Nicaragua - who will clash that same night.

Never shy of a word or two, 'El Principe' is confident that he can outgun Estrada in Carson, California.

"I have more power in these fists. I can box and punch and I am going to do both in our fight," Cuadras said to Boxingscene.com.

"I am going to make him despair, the "Gallo" will lose his feathers on that day.

"I'm delighted that my opponents get angry with me. My words affect them and it comes naturally from me. Still, at the end we are always the best friends.

"My one career defeat to 'Chocolatito' left me a great experience: that from the beginning the judges must know exactly who is the hardest, and the strongest fighter and not let things be decided afterwards."

The blockbuster night of action will also see the 115lb division's WBO champ and one of the most talented and explosive young fighters in the sport in Naoya Inoue make his American debut.
