Dillian Whyte says he will put Joseph Parker "to sleep" if he secures a shot at the WBO heavyweight champion.

But Whyte is also eager to face Joseph Parker, with reports in New Zealand suggesting his promoter Eddie Hearn has started fight negotiations, and the 'Body Snatcher' is confident he would claim the WBO belt with a crushing knockout.
"Joseph Parker knows I won't be running from him," Whyte told Sky Sports. "I won't be running from him, staying on the back foot and boxing him.
I'll stand in the ring with him, have a fight, and I'll put him to sleep. Simple as that.
"I will stand in the middle of the ring with him and trade, and he will get knocked out. He won't have to come looking for me. It won't be a tricky fight and I won't be moving around and jabbing, no.

American Jarrell Miller has also been mentioned as a potential foe for Whyte, although it remains to be seen whether the New Yorker can be persuaded to take a fight on British soil.
"I already said I wanted to fight him, just after he fought Gerald Washington," said Whyte.
"In America, Jarrell Miller cannot sell out an arena. He's a Brooklyn guy, but he cannot sell out a Brooklyn arena.
"If he wants to make money and have a good fight, then he should come to fight me at The O2. That's my home city and I will draw a crowd to The O2."
