Dillian Whyte hopes a world title fight could await him, if he can beat Robert Helenius on the Anthony Joshua vs Carlos Takam bill, live on Sky Sports Box Office.

London's Whyte appears to be on the precipice of his first world title opportunity and his promoter, Eddie Hearn, hopes that beating Helenius will make him an unavoidable contender.
"My priority is to make Whyte vs Deontay Wilder in February," Hearn has told Sky Sports, about America's WBC heavyweight champion. Whyte added: "Joshua is the man at the minute. I want the rematch with him. I'd like to fight Wilder or maybe Joseph Parker first, they are the two weakest world champions."
More recently Wilder has responded by saying "I have no problems fighting [Whyte]" yet an agreement has, so far, stalled. Whyte is currently ranked at No 3 with the WBC, while the No 1 contender Bermane Stiverne will challenge Wilder next weekend. Whyte could be made the mandatory challenger, but must get past Helenius in Cardiff for that to become feasible.
