I think he's a clown. He gives it large and tries to be like Floyd Mayweather but he says way too much and can't back it up in the ring. He gets hit in the face far too often and ultimately thinks he's better than he is. I am not a fan.

If you are going to be cheeky or lairy and come to the ring dancing and singing, you've got to win every single fight. And not just win, but win impressively. Not only does Broner not win impressively, he gets beat.
He's good, he's talented but nothing exceptional at all. You all know I am not one to get involved in all that trash-talking. There are some fighters that do it to get under people's skins and wind them up, but Broner? He just seems to do it for fun.

He does it too much, too often and even in the ring, so it is hard to like him. If he put half as much effort into his training and preparation as he does his chat, he would be the best thing in boxing!
Adrien Broner is someone who promised so much and just can't help making a fool of himself. He's so distasteful, saying the wrong things at the wrong time. He's a talented kid but he's somebody who really needs to eat some humble pie in order to become a much better fighter and a much better human being.

For me, he's an overrated fighter. His mouth and all the talk has got him to where he is. Don't get me wrong - he had some great wins but that was at super-featherweight where he had a lot of size advantages. Once those advantages were taken away and he started boxing people a similar size to him, he came unstuck.

I don't like to see people get beaten for the fun of it. Broner is doing it for a living and has a family to feed. He's a good fighter but his problem is that he thinks he's better than he is.
Adrian Broner's biggest problem is he's not as good as he thinks he is. There's a chance that he came up the weight divisions too quickly. Floyd Mayweather came up but did it within reason, yet one minute Broner is a super-featherweight, the next one he's up at welterweight.
He is a talented fighter and if he doesn't keep moving up he can show everyone just that. Sadly though, even if he does that, his mouth isn't going to get any smaller!

Like him or loathe him, you are going to talk about him. We all watched that last fight and thought 'what are you doing you idiot?' and I really do hope it was a big, big wake-up call and he is now taking it seriously.
