Beefy also reflected on Test cricket remaining the pinnacle of the sport, England's decision not to pick leg-spinner Adil Rashid, and the returns of key men James Anderson and Ben Stokes.

We also get the Pakistan viewpoint from Ramiz Raja, with the Sky expert discussing a taxing day for the tourists' bowlers and whether they suffered a hangover effect following victory at Lord's.

Plus, Beefy and Ramiz hail Joe Root, who was unbeaten on 141 at stumps.
